Born and living in Belgium, I started studies at the Free University of Brussels (Flemish) and am now in my final year (lisence). I am already researching migrant cinema in Dutch-speaking countries since two years. However, I put it aside for a little as I worked for the Erasmus Student Network.

I studied in Germany as an exchange student where, through the films of Fatih Akin, I became interested in migrant and multicultural cinema. This also gave me the idea for my master thesis.
